Devils Glen Project

The Groves on Devils Glen started with a 37 acre agricultural parcel purchased by the developer in 2017 located on Devils Glen, in Bettendorf, Iowa.  The developer, Devils Glen Holdings, developed the 37 acre parcel to be a mix of 80 units of multi-family along with a mix of residential single family homes and senior housing.
